Biography
Travis Dunkelberger focuses his practice on all aspects of complex commercial and corporate litigation, including assisting with the various stages of legal proceedings and trial preparation by conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, motions, settlements, and briefs.
His experience includes a wide variety of commercial and corporate litigation matters, with notable experience handling disputes involving breach of contract and fiduciary duty, representing corporations and boards of directors in stockholder class and derivative litigation, representing limited partnerships and other alternative entities in actions alleging breaches of operating agreements, and representing defendants in JAMS arbitration proceedings.
While in law school, Travis was a Managing Editor of the Villanova Law Review, and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable David R. Strawbridge of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
